COUNCIL ENVIRONMENT DAY AWARDS
I was at the Council Environment awards on 8/12 where our club (along with many other groups) received a certificate of appreciation for participating in the spring cleanup. It is an eye opener to see what people achieve. Tony Mcadam was also there representing WAVE FM who are long time supporters. The council also gave us $100 for our efforts.

Our family Christmas party was special, as we had family and friends there to celebrate with us. It was fantastic to have our husbands and wives, mothers and for some their grand children come and enjoy the celebration of Christmas with us Rotarians. President’s report – 4th to 10th December Another successful week for our club with our Annual General Meeting was held last Friday. There were 16 members in attendance and 1 Rotary friend. The meeting went to program with the minutes from the previous AGM being accepted. The first half of the Rotary year is nearly over as the 16th of December; our family Christmas Party will be our last meeting for 2016. Good news, we will re commence on the 13th January, 2017.
