What a great night Three tables full of members, family and friends all enjoying a relaxing (but rather filling) 3 course meal with of course a glass (or 2 of Wine). Thanks to Tony for organising and to the staff and students at the restaurant. It is planned for the same time next year. We have reserved our seats! Rowan and Di had a great morning reading to children at the Lord Mayor’s Picnic in McCabe Park on Sunday 25th October. Rowan was honing his skills to become a great granddad! We were representing the Illawarra Literacy Project by assisting at the Paint the Gong Read tent. Vi Regal is not a member of our Rotary Club, yet we see her every year helping us and working very hard at our annual Race Day and also at our Swing into Wings Dinner. Vi is on the Executive of the Shellharbour Lions Club. Vi has been a regular volunteer at Vinnies Welfare one day a week.
